Public Health Guidance supports emotional wellbeing in children.

The last few years have seen some fantastic guidelines from the National Institute of Health and Clinical Excellence, most recently in March 2013.

There is now enough evidence to show a link between ADHD (which has a strong genetic component) and anti-social behaviour and conduct disorder, which can lead to serious emotional health problems in later life. Furthermore a national Sunday newspaper, along with Mind, Mindful, Rethink and Frank Bruno are spearheading a fantastic campaign for promoting emotional health in children and pushing for more funding for mental health services.
